Here is a picture comparing our sons hands, where the top of the picture is taken in the morning, and the bottom of the picture is taken in the evening.

Here is another picture also comparing his hands, but from another angle. After the closure of the thoracic duct, his hand is now almost normal size when he wakes up. Before there was only a small difference.

Here is the results from our fourth Dexa scan conducted 8 may 2003, this time there was slow improvement, but also some reduction, particular in lower spine and right ribs.
